Premium plan includes unlimited calls to our US based help desk so you can resolve any daily issues that may arise. ( only includes repair based help, proprietary programs and installed business programs not supported).
We run scans on a regular schedule to insure that your computers are protected. We monitor CPU usage, Hard drives and install all patches to operating system. All done remotely and seamlessly so your business runs flawlessly and your employees remain productive.
